Plain words about what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated October 12, 2026.

Who we are

Dewdeck (“we”, “us”) sells digital products through this website. You can reach us any time at info@dewdeck.co.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the contact or newsletter form we collect your first name, last name, email address and, on the contact form, your message. We keep them so we can reply, send you the newsletter and keep a record of the conversation.
  • How the site is used. With your permission where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, both loaded through Google Tag Manager. They record which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the device and browser, roughly where in the world a visit comes from, and how a visit started (for example, from one of our ads). They do not receive what you type into our forms. To make our ad measurement more reliable we also send a few of these events (a product page view, a click on a Buy button, a form being sent) from our own server to Meta. For that, Meta receives the event, your IP address, your browser details and, if you came from one of our ads, the ad-click identifier.
  • Purchases. Buying happens on Mainstack (mainstack.com), not on this site. Mainstack takes your payment and shows us your order details, such as your name, email and the product. We never see or store your card number.

Cookies and your choices

The first time you visit, a small notice asks whether we may use cookies to measure the site and our ads. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not measured until they press Accept. Everywhere else the measurement is on unless you press Decline. Either way you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. You can also block cookies in your browser or with a privacy extension, and the site will still work.

How we use your information

  • To answer your messages and send the confirmation email after you use a form.
  • To send the newsletter to people who signed up for it. You can stop it at any time by emailing us.
  • To understand which pages and products people like, so we can improve them.
  • To measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people who may be interested.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each one handles your information only to do its job for us:

  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and the spreadsheet and email tools that receive form entries)
  • Meta (the Pixel and Conversions API, used for our ads on Facebook and Instagram)
  • Mainstack (checkout and delivery of your purchase)
  • Cloudflare (hosting and security for this website)
  • Namecheap (our email at info@dewdeck.co)

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep form entries and order records for as long as we need them for the reasons above, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose such as marketing, and you can withdraw a cookie choice at any time. Email info@dewdeck.co and we will respond. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Dewdeck is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
